At 2 Waves Beauty Bar, our trained technicians work hard to ensure your ear piercing is a good experience. We use the Inverness system, which is a safe and simple process that uses a handheld instrument and pre-sealed hypoallergenic earrings for each piercing. Having pre-sealed earrings ensures that each earring is completely sterile, as it is not exposed until it is being used to pierce your ear. In order to have your ears pierced at 2 Waves, you must be over the age of 18, or you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you and consent to the piercing. Piercings cost $30 for a single ear or $55 for both ears.
Once you have had your ears pierced, you must take proper care of your new piercings. Twice a day, you should clean your piercings with a saline solution to keep them clean throughout the healing process and helps them to heal faster. Ear lobe piercings take an average of 2-3 months to heal, though this may vary from person to person. Just focus on keeping your piercings clean and allowing them to heal completely! During the healing process, it is also important to avoid touching or playing with your earrings, as your hands may not be totally clean and could irritate your piercing.
