The Classic option is one false lash to one natural lash, giving the eye a clean, natural look. The Volume option uses three false lashes to each natural lash, which creates a full, voluminous look. The third option is the Hybrid look, which combines the Classic and Volume options, giving you extra volume and filling in the gaps where you need it. Whether you are coming in for a full set or simply need a refill, our lash technicians will help you find the option that is best for you.
To prepare for your first eyelash extension appointment, make sure your eyelashes are clean and makeup free when you come in. After you have gotten your first full set of extensions, you will need to make regular refill appointments because your lashes will continue to grow, causing your old lashes to fall out. As they fall out, you will need to replace them with new ones. Everyone will have a different schedule, as everyone’s eyelashes grow at a different rate, so work with your lash technician to determine what your refill schedule should be.
Between refill appointments, it is important to take care of your eyelashes! For the first 24 hours after your eyelash extensions have been applied, you should avoid the shower, any steam, and sweat. After the first 24 hours, you should still continue to avoid sources of high heat, like ovens and BBQs, that could potentially melt or distort your lashes. It is also advised that you do not use any oil-based makeup or makeup removers, and that you do not wear any mascara while you have extensions.
